Creating bar chart

Hello

I have a list of DOBs and I want to create a bar chart to show the age profiles and number of employees within each profile using the data.

I have attached a scan of what I want the chart to look like.

Can anyone provide a step by step guide on how this is achieved?

My source data is in a kind of pivot table format which is refreshed from a system called Sharepoint? It contains all the personal information but all I have done is just copied the DOBs to a new tab, not sure if this is correct to then produce my chart?
