Sorting Pivot table

Hey guys,

I have a question regarding my pivot table in my example sheet (see attachments).

I have this Pivot table in the tab "Master Gantt". It refers to my overview tab, which gets the data from the tab "project ABC". My problem is, that my table from "Project ABC" is dynamic. Means if someone adds a work package (I did this in yellow WP 2.1a), and if I click on the update button on my overview tab, than click on refresh all data for my pivot table, the sorting isn't correct anymore.
Is it possible to sort the pivot table like in the table form Project ABC? Means it should be sorted by the WBS No. It's important to mention that I can't add some fields like WP to my Pivot table, because I need this view for other graphs.

Can someone help me?

add WP field to the ROWS Area at the first place and PT will be sorted by WP

As I said I can't change the tables, they should remain the same because I need this structure for other graphs.

Power Query for

• Excel 2010 Pro Plus or Excel 2013 Pro Plus can be downloaded as free add-in from MS site (choose correct version). I suggest Power Pivot also
• Excel 2016 or Excel 365 is built-in, aka Get&Transform
• PowerQuery works with M-language and does not contain any classic formulae or vba code

Okay thanks. I noticed that with this method I am going to have numbers in my pivot table. Is it possible to avoid this?
