How to convert row data with multiple values horizontally

    Good Day,

I have used the transpose command in the past, but I am having trouble trying to convert row data that may have multiple values into a single horizontal line. Example of current pivot data

What I want the data to look like is below:

    Desired report layout.pdf

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing that I see that could possibly be used as a means to identify the difference between the company and the people is that the company in your example is in bold font and the names of people are in regular font. Is this consistent throughout the sheet?
Any code provided by me should be tested on a copy or a mock up of your original data before applying it to the original. Some events in VBA cannot be reversed with the undo facility in Excel. Good Day,

thank you for your prompt reply. That is correct, I have two columns in an excel spreadsheet with company names and names for that company. I created a pivot table to show one instance of the company name and listed all employee names under the company.

    Best Regards,

You did not confirm that the company names are all bold font and other names are regular font, but on the assumption that they are like that, try this.

My apologies, that was the correct assumption. I will try your suggestion.

Thank you very much, this worked. I was trying various sort options instead of just using coding.
