one point of data will not show up in my pivot table

Hello,
I have a Pivot table that works fine, but one point of data for the life of me i can not get to display. it just shows as blank in the pivot table (zero value if i copy and paste the cell value else where). If i change the value, i can see the new value in the column filter, but the cell remains blank.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? There are no filters on, no hidden cells (i can see the cell in the pivot table, it is just blank). The data type and formatting is the same as every other cell in the 500 row pivot. Just one individual cell has no value in it.
I am completely out of ideas

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
