Help with Pivot Table

Hello:

Please refer to attached file.
I have data as shown.
As you can see i have created pivot table but data format i need is as shown in highlighted cells.
Please help to create Pivot table to get me the result as shown for all employees, all dates.

What you are producing is not a pivot table, it is simply a rearrangement of your data, but you could get it by adding a counter column to your data set, as in the attached workbook.
