Bullseye Chart - Area shading?

Hi all,

I'm trying to put together a bulls eye style scatter chart plotting performance but am struggling with area shading. I've attempted to use bubble charts in the first hand, but Excel won't let me combine chart types it seems.

I'm after something like the attached but seem to have hit a dead end.

Any advice much appreciated!

I prefer above method, but if you need color bands in background... You could do something like link below using image file.
