Exclamation Help! Multiple Locations - Pivot Table

I have a file of all of our employees / location / manager.

I need to find all of the managers that currently oversee multiple (2 or more) locations.
Current file has: Employee ID | Location | Manager | Manager ID

I don't need anything with the Employee ID - I created a pivot table with location, manager, manager ID but it lists the manager name and each location underneath. I have 1300 + leaders with only a small portion that oversee multiple locations. There has to be a faster way to do this!

I'm guessing I need to filter the original file somehow to only list each manager once per location?
    Thank you!!

Are you able to attach a small desensitised sample of your workbook showing what you want as an output.

Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Upload

Ok I have 2 tabs - one shows how the data is currently and 'Need' tab shows what I would like.

The key is you need to add to the Data Model when you create the pivot.

Then Distinct Count then becomes a way you can summarise the count.
