Dynamic Data Extraction & Table Creation

I have a golfing pool that I am trying to make easier to handle the data when inputing pool entries.

    Here is a rough summary:
An entry is selecting 4 golfers who you think will do good in a tournament (160 golfers to choose from)
The person with the best 3 golfers at the end of the tournament wins the pool.

I want to set up a table that extracts the golfers from each team into a list without duplicating and also grow as I enter new "teams" that have new unique golfers. I've tried all kinds of formulas and pivot tables with little success. The pivot table works well but I need to be able to input the golfers scores after they play which I can't figure out with Pivot Table.

Can someone help me modify a dynamic table formula to accomplish this?

The reason I want the unique golfers and my input data as a single table is so I can filter the unique golfers A-Z and keep the data I input associated to the correct golfer.

    See attached excel example.

I'm not quite clear about what we are looking at, because your 'extracted' list appears to contain golfers who don't appear anywhere in a team. So where are you extracting this unique list from???

Are you referring to the "Participant" Column? That is the Entry names. The Active golfers list is the unique values from page Team List C2:F4

Overall, I'm trying to dynamically extract unique golfers from (Page 'Team List' C:F) into a new table. I want the table to grow as unique golfers are added to new teams.
