Activate "Show items with no data on rows and columns options"

Dear all

I would like to ask for your help, Im trying to activate the options "show items with no data on rows" and "show items with no data on columns" in Pivot Table Options / Display , but I cant.

I will appreciate your help.

For displaying items with no data in rows.

1. Select a row in the pivot table row label area.
2. Right-click and select Field Settings.
3. Select Layout & Print tab.
4. Make sure "Show items with no data" is checked.
