    Chart with scientific notation

I have to make a scatter chart with numbers in scientific notation, but I always get a straight horizontal line (it shouldn't look like this). What am I doing wrong?

    Re: Chart with scientific notation

Your "numbers" in columns A and B are actually text values which look like numbers. You can use Data | Text-to-columns | Finish on each column in turn to convert them to proper numbers.

    Hope this helps.
