    Pivot issue

    Hi,

    I want to display only RED and Amber in RGB filter. Is it possible apply a condition in filter in Pivot Row Label filter.

    yes...but there are many pivots,is there any way to set condition to display only REd/Amber, only Amber or only red items and if these conditions not satisfied then blanks to be selected automatically

    Hi,

    When you say "there are many pivots", I didn't understand that part. Can you supply an example of how your data and pivots are displayed?

    If you had a newer version of Excel you might try using Slicers. Then you might have a single Slicer tool filter for many Pivots.

    Hi hai,

    Did you watch the video I attached? I did what the video suggested using Excel 2016 and created a Slicer. Then I clicked on the Icon called "PivotTable Connections". I checked all pivot tables and that is the answer to your problem. See the attached...
