VBA Code: Add Data Labels for Multiple Series in Scatter Plot

I have tried various codes, I am not an expert coder, for automatically creating/adding data labels for multiple series in scatter plot. The challenge is my data is not in sequential order so the +1 is what is getting me stuck. I have used the attached data series and chart to play around with the code but it does not pick up the information correctly. I will be adding the data for each series so my range needs to be open. Any help?

Does the attached do what you want?

Excel 2013 added a new feature for it, data-label range
