Pivot table last year comparison

Hi all,

Thanks in advance for your time reading through my query.

I'm trying to make a comparative table from last year, month to month and country by country in a pivot table, but I can't do the format right. basically what I want is Last year above the current year and below a difference between both, instead of the sum of both years.

I have attached an image just in case it makes it easier to understand. I'm trying to put the row with the dot, where the arrow shows.

Has anyone got an idea on how to do it? Or should I use a simple table as I have been doing all this time?

I think I have followed the steps correctly, hopefully it's properly attached.

Thanks a lot avk, that definetly works as I want, but the format is not what I was looking for, I would prefer the months to be columns and the the years under the countries, with the total difference right below. I presume that's not going to be possible?
