I have a Pivot Table with the following:
Filters: CQ# (1 through 11)
Columns: E Values, CQ (CQ3'18, CQ2'18, and so on...)
Rows: Brand (x, y, z)
E Values: Units
In CQ# I have selected Quarters 1 through 9 out of 11 Quarters, therefore I want my Pivot Table to show only these.
However, if I select "Show Items with No Data" Quarter 10 and 11 will appear in the Pivot with Blank Data.
What I want to accomplish: I need to know how to create a view where only Quarters 1 through 9 are visible, but the problem is that sometimes some brands will not have data on Quarter 1 and forces me to use the "Show Items with No Data" as I dont want my linked Dashboard formulas to move. However, using this option will keep Quarter 10 and 11 which I don't want in my pivot.
Is there a way to have filtered data and show items with no data for the selected filters?
Thanks in advance,
D2S
