Using Pivot Tables to Filter Data

    Hi everyone,

I am trying to work with the Sheet below.
    2018-09-18 08_40_08-Material Analysis 9_13_18 - Excel.png

So, first I need to filter the dataset by Distinct Count of New Buyer, which I was able to do by creating a Pivot table and adding the data to the Data model as seen below:
    Distinct One.png

But then, in a new sheet, I need to get all the data associated with these Filtered material numbers for any Material that has a Distinct Count of New Buyer of 1 (so any material #s that have only one new buyer associated with them). By all the data, I am referring to the columns in the first screenshot. I then intend to filter only unique records for the remaining Material numbers that I obtain after getting the filtered list from the Pivot Table.

So, my question is what would be the best way to go about getting all associated data related to the materials that I filter out using the Pivot table by Distinct Count? The data that I put into the new sheet has to be in the same format as the first screenshot.

    I appreciate your help!

EDIT: Updated Screenshot of Pivot Table to reflect data needed.
    EDIT2: Added sample Excel workbook.

Double click on data field and expand?

But it isn't clear to me what you are after. It would help if you can upload sample workbook with expected output (manually created if needed).

Re: Using Pivot Tables to Filter Data

    Hi CK76,

    Thanks for your reply.

So, my objective is to get all data associated with Material Number 1000000001, Material Number 1000000002, Material Number 1000000004 and so on. By All data, I mean the columns from the first screenshot - "Material, Outline Agreement, Vendor Number, Vendor Name, ...". Essentially, I want my original sheet (from the first screenshot) filtered with only those materials that have 1 Distinct New Buyer (based on my Pivot table) in a regular table format and not a Pivot table format.

Hi and welcome to the forum

Pictures are of little value. Honestly, no one wants to re-type your data to try and solve your issue. Additionally, we would only be guessing at how your data was structured, ie. formulas, formatting, etc. Additionally, due to how some browsers behave, many of our members cannot see uploaded pictures/images. Please do not take this route.

Please attach a sample file that represents what you have. The structure of your attachment should be the same structure as your actual data. Any proprietary information should be changed.

Include in the attachment any code you're currently using (whether it works or not) and an "After" of what you wish the output to be.

To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
