Graphing absolute revenue and margins for two periods for multiple business divisions

Hello everybody,

I have data on two years for absolute profits (in EUR) and margins (in percentage) for multiple business divisions.

For example:

Business division: shampoo
- Profits: 4 (2015), 6 (2016)
- Margin: 46% (2015), 35% (2016)

Business division: body lotion
- Profits: 1 (2015), 2 (2016)
- Margin: 72% (2015), 80% (2016)


I would like to graph this in one chart making it clear to see how both absolute and profits develop per business unit in 2015 and 2016.

Does anyone know a good way to do this?
