In my pivot table I have a column with a sequence of data that I want to keep: for example, I have:
A
B
C
D
A
B
C
D
But sometimes, since it is a shared documents,
People changed this order. How can I keep it and order the column in this way? Because I applied some formulas that depends on the position !
It would possibly help us to help you if you could upload a sample of the source data, pivot table and formulas that reference the pivot table.
To upload a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy) click on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need and remember to desensitize the data.
