How to create a combo chart like this?

1. How do I format my data so that when I create a combo chart, it is separated by delivery method (site to store, site to home, market place, etc) and by weeks?
2. How do I have line markers to look like that? I do not want to connet the CPI metric for each week. I want it to be like the line markers in the picture provided. Thanks.

You will need to space out your data.
Combination of cluster column chart on 2 axes and xyscatter with error bars to get individual horizontal lines.

You can format the columns on the secondary axis to have no fill as this is only used to give header labelling.
