    Pivot table menu

In sheet 1 i want the details below the given headers. For example if we select matlasse design no 2 colour kora manufactured by bharti udhyog, then it should show the total of those particulars except rolls given on processing.

And if we select arc in the quality then its requirement is also same with the adding some of parameters like 60", 68",90*100 cushion, pillow etc.

If anyone can make this then i will be very thankful to him/her. By the way till now i have got solved my every query in the formula & fuction department. I am hoping the same here. And if someone can share or teach me the steps how to make pivot table, i will be very obliged to him/her. I have seen videos on you tube. But it seems i have multiple parameters for a single total. I want only one detail in a column as it is in stock sheet.

    Thanks & regards

    Re: Pivot table menu

If I understand correctly then perhaps the attached pivot table (sheet PT) is what you want.
To produce the pivot table select one of the cells in the range A1:T161 on the stock sheet,
    Select the Insert tab,
Select Pivot Table, (you may have to correct the range as it originally displayed A1:T1001)
    Select OK.
From the pivot table field list drag fields down to the row labels window as in the attachment (enable editing to see the field list)
Next drag the fields into the values window (you may have to change the field values of some fields from count to sum and visa versa as shown)
Note that to get the count column I dragged the Roll No. field into the values window and manually changed cell B3 so that it displayed 'Count ' (space added)
You may wish to turn off subtotals (as was done for the attachment) and/or grand totals.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Consider taking the time to add to the reputation of everybody that has taken the time to respond to your query.
