Chart with dynamic range based on user input

Hi,

I'm trying to make a chart where the user can choose to visualize a subset of data in a worksheet based on a start date and an end date. I've created what I think is the correct dynamic formula to account for this, but when I try to put the formula into the Chart>Select data>Series values I get an error saying "That function isn't valid".

I've made the dynamic formula based on offset and datedif, please see my example workbook attached.

Why doesn't the chart accept the formula? Is there another (better) way of doing the dynamic chart?

Solved it myself. Rather crudly, but it works, see attached example file.
