I have a table of student vs class average test data. I have a table that eliminates empty cells and I want to build a dynamic chart based on the table at G2:I26. I created Offset formulas for the test number, the class average, and the student average, but the chart does not render correctly. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Please update your thread title to explain what the issue is - you should mention the fact that you are using dynamic formulae with OFFSET.

Hey RatCat. Thank you for the submission. I must be missing something. I tried to make the changes you suggested and still do not have a proper dynamic chart.

I used your idea and did some more research/trial & error. The chart works BUT ONLY IF you do the following...after pressing BUTTON 1 which simply copies the data from D2:F26 to G2:I26,
the chart shows blank spaces for all 25 iterations of data even though there are only 4 point of data.
If you select the blank spaces on the table (G6:I26 in this example) and hit delete, then the chart renders correctly.
So, is it a problem with the formulas or perhaps the macro that copies and pastes the data?

There is no need for the macro, plus your original workbook kept doing some real weird stuff. So I started fresh and the attached workbook works a treat.
