How change vertical alignment of dates in horizontal axis of chart?

I created a sample worksheet to capture blood pressure readings (see attached). The chart is fine except the dates along the x-axis are displayed horizontally which causes them to get all "crunched up". How can I display the dates using a vertical alignment? (like the times)?

One option is to place the following formula in A5 then copy and drag the formula.

Then right click on the chart select 'Select Data' then edit your horizontal axis to

Then right click on the horizontally axis click on 'Format Axis' then click on 'Alignment' then in the field box select 'Horizontal' then adjust the 'Custom angle' to suit to your liking.
