Can't help with border however it may help you to match Country, Currency, Type and Sum Amount if you do the following:
    1) Select a cell in the Pivot Table
    2) Display the Field List
    3) In the Row labels field select Country > Field Settings > Layout & Print > check Repeat item labels.
    4) In the Row labels field select Curr > Field Settings > Layout & Print > check Repeat item labels.

Thinking a bit further you could then select the appropriate rows in the pivot table. From the home tab select borders > more borders > select the end lines and horizontal lines as modeled in the attached copy of the file.

Right click pivot and select pivot table options. The tick "Combine cells with labels" (my version is not English, so text can be different). Now you can highlight the pivot and select from the menu the border you like or draw your own.
