Taking data from an ongoing weight chart and putting it into a line graph

I know this sounds really easy. However I need two lines. One showing the ongoing weight record(which will get updated frequently and as such needs to automatically update to the graph) and one constant line for target weight that will stay static but allow me to see visually how I am doing.

I have included an example of the record. If you can give a minor explanation of how to do this it would be great.

My issue isn't creating the graph that bit is easy. It is adding the Target weight line that I cannot seem to do.

    Regards

    Hi,
Make the target weight a second series by putting =$C$2 in D4 of your table.

    Hi,

    See attached

C2 was originally text since you'd added "Kg" to the 75. I've formatted C" to be
    0.0 "Kg"

so that it holds the number 75 but displays as 75 Kg
