Creating time ordered table from pivot

Hi

I am trying to monitor time taken for jobs to be completed in certain areas. My data consists of records for each step of a job with a time stamp and its location (there are many steps for each job). Using a pivot I can sort on location, I have the jobs as rows then can get the start time and finish time as two columns referring to the time stamp of each job by using the min and max in the value options.
What I would like is to be able to produce a table where I have time start to time finish for each job in the top row (in chronological order) with the job number underneath. Is this possible?
