I have a data set with number of orders and number of packages on each...
What I need is a graph to represent for each customer how many orders was there with 2 packages how many with 3 etc...
Also a list of customers by total number of orders...
I know it is probably something simple but I was away from Excel for past 6 months and got my blonde moment today...

Is this what you want? Total number of orders for a customer is in the Grand Total Column. Total number of orders with 1 package, two packages, etc. is in the Grand Total Row.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
I realized that I answered only half the question. You also wanted charts. I did this by overlaying the pivot table results with named dynamic ranges. For more details on this "magic," see these wikis.

Summary I managed to resolve with calculation of duplicates etc..
I have what I need for the chart.. so how many packages per order..
now my chart needs to look more like the one I've added screen
so how many orders we've had with "x" packages... (spike on 33) and not 33 in the middle so sort of just swapping axles but as it is big table it has more than 255 rows and I'm not sure how to go around it...
If I understand correctly then you want a pivot chart that utilizes the 'OR_Origin_Site_Name' as the report filter, and the 'Number_Of_Packages' as both the row labels and values (field value=count).
That setup is modeled on Sheet 1 of the attached copy of your file.
