    Conditional Formatting Pivot Table based on field Names

    Hello there,
    Is it possible to create a conditional format in 1 field based of another field? Example (picture attached) Chris York planned to have 2 On Site visits but he actually only got 1, so highlight the 1 yellow. I would like to apply this formatting per field as I know if I apply to a cell and the pivot is manipulated the value will be skewed possibly.

    Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

    Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

    In the attached file I selected the 'Actual' columns (D, F, H etc) and applied the following formulas
    For red font: =D17<C17
    For green font: =D17>=C17
    Note that in the 'Show formatting rules for:' window 'ThisPivotTable' is selected.
    I tested by selecting and deselecting Slicer options.
