How do I calculate one column divided by another column in an OLAP pivot table?

I have rows: salesman, products with column number sold and total revenue from sales. I want a column telling me average value of sale. Simple enough, just divide one column by another column. For some reason I can't find any way to do this with an OLAP pivot table.

Any tips how I can get this done? Thanks!

Have you tried the Calculated Field functionality in the Pivot Table Tools menu inside the Fields Items and Sets, Calculation area.

Then just choose a new Field name and Insert a Value field name and divide it by the Sold field name.
