If I am running a report showing all requests that come to me and a percentage of the requests are saved as First Call Resolution and some are not (so a 1 in the report field for FCR and a 0 if not) and I want to show the percentage of first call resolution vs not first call resolution, how can I show that on a pivot table and chart?
Few pivot tables can be answered without knowing the structure of the underlying source data. Also, people are not likely to respond to a post if they have to recreate data that you probably already have. So it is best to post a sample workbook. Make sure you "sanitize" the data removing or replacing sensitive information with dummy data. Include enough data to demonstrate the requirement - anywhere from a dozen to a hundred rows is usually enough
Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.
