Can I show "Top 10 Filter" for each sub category in a pivot table?

Imagine you have a pivot table with 6 Countries and within those 6 countries you have 10 companies as subcategories. The column of the pivot is "sales in this country". I want to see, in each Country category, what are the top 5 companies for sales. When I apply a top 10 filter to my pivot table now, I get the top 5 countries, whereas I want to see all 6 countries but only 5 companies in each country....Any advice?
