I was trying to merge the cost and revenue sheet into one merged sheet as to come up with the margin of each course No. (column A), but when i merge them, all the roles are not showing?? could anyone help with this??

what Power Pivot? The data model in your attachment is empty.
What steps did you take exactly to merge the tables? What column has the key on which to merge? Please explain the expected outcome in context. Maybe use a smaller data sample to keep things simple.
