Excel Graph, show last 7 days of week, and to keep updating data table. Please Help!

Hey guys,

I am sure there is a simple way to do this (I hope), but I looked all over the internet to try to get this one solution to my graphic abilities.

I have a graph that gives me Thursday (12pm) - Thursday (12pm) - i.e. a daily graph for the entire week. Each day a certain amount of calls, appointments and sales happen and these I want to have a running log of in my data source, BUT I want the graph (which is grabbing its values from this table, to always be in the present week.

What I want it to do is when I enter in the daily figures, I want to make the graph ALL WAYS have the last 7 days of the week.

So you see instead of manually re-positioning the Data Series when a new Week begins, is there any way to make the Data Series "float" and always be selecting the last 7 days of the week starting Friday?

Please let me know. This is the last thing I need to finish this.
