    pivot to display 0

    how do I get the Pivot table to display a zero instead of text saying "blank"

    Right-click on the pivot table.
    Pivot Table Options...
    For Empty Cells put 0.

    tried that still comes up as (Blank)
    it is column labels when stock shows a positive number it show the number, but when it equals 0 it comes up with the message (blank)

    You will need to attach a sample workbook showing the issue.

    Go Advanced -> Manage Attachments -> Upload

    Sorry brain sleeping sorted now the cells were blank. so if I put 0 in the cells it showed 0 in the table.
