Delete scroll bar off Gantt Chart

Have a gantt chart created and would like it to show the full years worth of dates, so when print it all comes out instead of just two months worth at a time.

deleting the scrollbar will not show all year you need to extend the columns upto NI

Also you may need validate some of the condition formatting again.
I did most of it, it looks ok now. but cant fully judge if it is completely right as it is now

have a look at the setup and adjust further to your needs

Awesome thanks, how do you do it now? Also, can days be changed to weeks or no?

Re: Delete scroll bar off Gantt Chart

dont be shocked.. I clicked the scrollbar and pressed delete..
Then I moved to the last column with dates. and dragged it across to the right until I got to 31 december..
and did a few changes to the conditional formatting rules

changing from days to weeks will take more effort. it is possible just add 7 to the previous cell in row 5. but you also have to think about what you input now you put in days and excel just paints every cell from the given startdate for the task, if you change to weeks you may need to plan by no of weeks the task lasts or make calculations how many weeks the days duration turn into.
