Changing category in Excel Chart

I have the following data and would like to generate a char for this. The values under Incident are names (or numbers) of the Incidents. Excel plots me a scattered graph for this by default but the value in x axis (incident numbers) is being treated as some range of numbers. I need the incident number as is (as a cateogry) in the x axis. how do I achieve this?graph.png

Hard to say from a picture, but my first thought is to use a line chart rather than a scatter chart. Try selecting the chart -> chart type -> change to line chart.
