Unhappy Pivot Table - how to count the % of values = "4" and "5" from a column in the source data?

    Hello,

The file attached contains a very simplified example of the raw data set I'm working with.

I work with a satisfaction score from 1-5 where only "4" or "5" are considered "happy customers".
I am using a pivot table so I can enter slicers to allow me to filter data per a number of parameters - I really need the pivot.

I'm having difficulties adding a field to this Pivot that automatically calculates the percentage of "5" and "4" survey scores per each individual agent (not from a column total or grand total).

For example, this file's RAW DATA tab shows that "Anne" has 4 surveys, all of which scored at "4" or "5" so this formula would have to return a value "100%".
On the other hand, "Bryan" has 2 surveys of "1" so he'd return as 0%.

    Is this possible?

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Re: Pivot Table - how to count % specific values from a column in source data?

I've changed the title and made it as specific as I could. Will forum members still be able to respond to my query?

Hi Stasinek, - where does the % sum come from on the pivot? I can see the data set is the detail on the raw data tab but their is no sum on there or a column called Sum of 4/5 as %?
