Chart stopped updating

I have a chart is not updating automatically when I change the source data which is just in cells in the same sheet. The only way the chart updates is 1. I save and close/reopen, or 2. I click on the chart, go to 'select data', and the click on my legend entries (series) called "Duration"; I do not have to click edit for it or anything, just clicking where it says "duration" will update it... clicking calculate workbook does not update the chart. My work book is set to automatic, and its happening on others computers. any ideas? I have uploaded a sample. It has worked fine till now. Thank you!
