I need help creating and organizing a pivot table.
Please see the attached file. I have tabs labeled Data, Current Pivot and Pivot Design Needed.
I can't seem to find a way to create the view I need (Pivot Design Needed tab) from my data and can only get what is shown on the Current Pivot tab.
A pivot is needed so management can drill down. I need the columns in a specific order and thats been my struggle. I need total count of rows in the first column, count of complete projects 2nd column, Count of reviewed projects (only needed for the completed projects) in the third column, count of pending projects in the fourth column, and count of behind projects in the fifth column.
