Excel Pivot Table Formatting Help

I need help creating and organizing a pivot table.
Please see the attached file. I have tabs labeled Data, Current Pivot and Pivot Design Needed.
I can't seem to find a way to create the view I need (Pivot Design Needed tab) from my data and can only get what is shown on the Current Pivot tab.
A pivot is needed so management can drill down. I need the columns in a specific order and thats been my struggle. I need total count of rows in the first column, count of complete projects 2nd column, Count of reviewed projects (only needed for the completed projects) in the third column, count of pending projects in the fourth column, and count of behind projects in the fifth column.

I haven't gotten any responses. Is this something that can't be done with a pivot table. I'm starting to think so, as I've spent many hours researching, but can't find a way to do it.

I was hoping those of you much more experienced and smarter than I could come up with a solution.
