Hello everyone,
I've tried searching for a question related to this already with no luck, so if someone already has an answer to it and is willing to share a link to the thread it'd be much appreciated! In trying to create a new pivot table, I've been able to pull in various data that I need but am stumped with trying to figure out how to display a percentage of total column. Here's a brief explanation of what I'm looking for:
I want to be able to showcase how many audits each member of our team performed for a given time frame. I also want to be able to see how many times each person had a finding (shown as CD's, CO's, and CF's in the table below). I also want to create a column next to each of these CD, CO, CF fields that will show me a percentage of 'Sum of CD Count' / 'Count of Title (i.e. Al had 1 CD, 15 CO's, and 8 CF's - CD scored 0.23% of the time, CO scored 3.46% of the time, CF scored 1.85% of the time) but when I create a second 'Sum of CD Count' in the Values, I've only been able to calculate off of the Sum of CD Count column itself (i.e. Al's 1 CD equates out to 4.55% of the total 22 CD's that were given by the entire team through the month).
Does anyone know of a way where I can return the value divided by the Count of Title? Your help is much appreciated!!!
