Hi
I am trying to modifying the attached template to create a column chart.
I cannot seem to get Evidenced and CTA to show on the graph.
Can someone please advise what I am doing wrong despite selecting the correct area?
Thanks

You have not described exactly what you have done to try to add these categories. I note that this appears to be a typical "clustered and stacked" column chart following something very similar to Peltier's tutorial here: https://peltiertech.com/clustered-st...mn-bar-charts/ Recognizing that he uses a dummy series plotted on the secondary axis system to get the axis labels, I assume that you tried to change the category axis labels for the main columns and not the dummy series. Steps I followed:
1) Pull up the Select Data dialog.
2) Select Series 7 from the list of data series. Note that this series is using a different range for the horizontal category axis labels (only using rows 4 to 7). With Series 7 selected, click on "edit category axis labels" and extend the range to row 9. Click on Edit series and extend the values range for Series 7 down to row 9 as well. You should now have all 6 categories on the secondary horizontal axis (note that the primary horizontal axis is formatted as invisible at the top of the chart).
3) I note that something seems wrong with the rightmost column extending beyond the chart. Select one of the other data series and edit the category axis labels for those series on the primary axis system to be A13:A31. Edit one of these data series so that its values extend to row 31 as well. It's not necessary, but to be consistent, it might be valuable to edit all series (except series 7) to extend to row 31. I wonder if it was one of the #Ref error series that previously included row 31 to make the stacked columns line up right.
4) Dismiss the Select Data dialog.
That should get back your clustered and stacked column chart.
