3 way scatter graph

Hi all, I have 3 columns, namely

Odds (Starting price)
Dist (Distance)
P/L (Profit / Loss)

I have attached an example with my actual data in Columns A,B and C

What I want is a chart with Odds as the vertical, Distance as the Horizontal and then the plot being the profit - shown as Green (positive) red (negative) and the size of the dot to reflect the value. Large dot = big value (pos or neg) small dot = small value (pos or neg)

I have drawn a diagram of what I mean in the attached file using random data - it is just for example purposes.
Anyone who can help show me how I can plot this will be well received
