    Transposing Data

    Hello, I have attached a sheet for reference. I am looking to transpose my data, perhaps a pivot table can do it, not sure?

    You were correct a pivot table will solve your issue. I have attached a rough solution using excel recommended pivot table.

    See the screenshot I provided. Mine does not have the material or unit in the correct spot.

    Hi

    You need to drag the material field and unit field (from Pivot table field window) to rows (material on top and units last) then:-

    Right click on each field in the pivot table and in Field Settings set subtotal to None and Layout to tabular

    This should align fields as sought.
