Bar Chart for Dates/Dollars skipping errors

I have a table that periodically pulls and populates with data that I would like to chart by Date and Dollar Amounts.
The table is filled with INDEX formulas to pull the data from elsewhere in workbook. If there is no more data to pull, the INDEX results in the #NUM error.
I'm wanting to create a chart that updates as new data populates the target table ranges and ignore the #NUM (Empty) rows of the range.

Often times these requests are better served with a sample workbook.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Actually, I was thinking way too complicated while "Data Bars" in Conditional Formatting was staring at me. I've accomplished what I was hoping too by not over thinking it
