PIVOT TABLE - Hide Blank Rows

Hi .. My Pivot Table is not hiding (stop displaying) the "blank" rows after i refresh the pivot table using a slicer.
e.g. I have Months as my filter .. so when I use the slicer to select Jan 1st, the Pivot Table shows me data for Jan only.
But when I select all the months using the slicer, the Pivot Table includes the "blank" row also.
I have checked my data source and there are no blank rows/columns.
Any help is appreciated.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

I've attached the xls file in a compressed form. Follow the below process to see the issue.

Click on Summary tab, Select driver "Allan French", select month "Jan" from slicer.
Goto Pivot_Data tab, you will see results for Allan for Jan only.

Now go back to Summary tab, and uncheck drivers and months to select all data.
Go to Pivot_Data tab and you will see a "blank" row.

I don't want to see the "blank" row when all drivers/months/routes/weeks are selected.
