How to create a step-chart?

Hi all!!


I am trying to plot annual values (x -axis ) by tax collected (y-axis).

This is the rate given at particular bands RATES.JPG

This is the marginal tax rate i calculated ATTACH]623951[/ATTACH]

I feel like this is a simple question but I just keep getting confused

Basically I want my graph which would probably be a step-chart, to show the amount of tax payable per band as property value increases.
