Filterproblem true.PNG
Hi Guys,
I try to make this as clear as possible.
First, the general situation: I have data about cars production, with different attributes. The most general attribute is the Sales Group [for example, Volkswagen, Tesla, General Motors, Daimler etc.]. The next subgroup would be the Car Brand. [for example, Volkswagen Group produces brands as Audi, VW and so on and so on]. The next subgroup is then the Regional model, which are all the models of the brand picked in the previous subgroup [for example Audi produces the models A1, A2, A3 and so forth]. I made a pivot table out of this and put the attributes described above as filters. [I attached a picture]
Now to my problem: When I choose a Sales Group in my first filter [for example I chose Volkswagen Group], then in the next filter the car brands of all Sales Groups are being displayed in the choosing options of the filter. The same holds, when I want to choose a Regional Model; all regional models of all car brands are being displayed. What I want to accomplish is that when I chose a Sales Group, in the next filter I only want to see the Car brands belonging to that specific Sales Group as choosing options. The same must hold for the case when I chose the regional model.
How can I get or create such a subfilter or dynamic filter? (I lack the proper vocabulary, since I don't exactly know how to call it.)
Thank you very much in advance
Best,
