Forex correlation chart into trend analisys chart

Hello everyone,
Forex pairs correlation chart is presented as a 3 columns table format. Goal is to perform a trend analysis (line chart preferable) from their already calculated correlation.
I'm out of inspiration.... How to expand / modify the table to feed a line chart ?
