Bar Chart to Display 0% to 100%

Hi guys, no guides on internet on this I can find. Would you know if there's a way to set Bar Chart so that it displays from 0% to 100% regardless of what % numbers we're hitting on a chart?

The problem here I'm facing is more of a visual. As per image below, if to compare 2 charts you'll see at first sight it looks like there's huge difference between Current and People Ave WHILE on a chart on another side (conscientiousness) the differn=ence between Current and People Ave it does't appear to be all that huge. But if we look at actual % scores, difference in Openess chart is only 10% while difference in Conscientiousness chart is 35% Which is confusing at a first sight!

    Any workarounds on this one?

    Thanking in advance!

It seems like it should be as easy as formatting the axis with the desired max and min values. Select the axis -> format axis -> Set max and min values to fixed at the desired value.

Help file (recognizing that the value axis in a bar chart is the horizontal axis rather than the vertical axis: https://support.office.com/en-us/art...3-f9ce41df0021

The axis values default to "Auto" but you can specify what they should be. So a limit of 0 at the bottom end and 1 at the top will equate to a 0% - 100% axis regardless of the values entered.

Right click the axis numbers and select "Format Axis".

If you get stuck, attach your workbook and we'll help from there.
