Why does my secondry axis data only plot half the data points

I have two series of data. The y axis for both is a date series (week commencing) there is a primary and a secondary x axis.
The primary is charted as a bar chart. The secondary is a line chart. The secondary has data from 01/04/2019 to 03/06/2019 but is only plotting a line from 06/05/2019.
On the data series list to the right of the graph. For MS meters and MS Jobs as well as the description there is a list of values.
I have two questions:-
1 Why is the Jobs data not plotting from the start.
2. Why does the data series list behave differently for BR values than for MS values.
