Data Source Error For pivottable in template

I created a template for our company to input daily truck logs - includes 31 sheets to correspond to each day of the month, as well as a pivot table to filter per company and second to filter per location.

Each time I use this template to start a new months logs, then attempt to refresh data, I receive an error message stating "cant open pivottable source file ".."".

I changed some data around within the daily tables and found that the data does actually update using the new workbook, so I do not understand how to remove this error code from populating each time data is refreshed.
